Enabling efficient production of large and complex components
As industries demand larger, more complex, higher-performance components, in ever increasing volumes, Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) plays a critical role in ensuring consistent material properties and structural integrity. Quintus Technologies offers a range of large CIP systems designed to support industrial-scale production, combining high pressure capability with flexible design options. From vertical to horizontal configurations, these systems are built to meet diverse application requirements across industries such as energy, aerospace, and advanced materials.
Advanced large-scale cold isostatic press
Quintus has developed a high-capacity CIP system, operating at up to 2,000 bar with vessel dimensions of 2.4 x 4.3 meters. Its unique moving-cylinder design allows both top and bottom loading, improving flexibility and efficiency for large components.
Large vertical CIP for high-volume components
Quintus vertical CIP systems offer large work zones up to 2.5 x 4.5 meters, ideal for batch processing of high-volume or bulky components. Designed for pressures up to 6,000 bar, they ensure uniform densification and consistent quality at scale.
Large horizontal CIP for long and complex parts
For elongated or uniquely shaped components, Quintus horizontal CIP systems provide extended work zones up to 7 meters in length. With volumes up to 5.1 m³ and pressures up to 6,000 bar, they enable efficient processing while maintaining consistent results.
Designed for industrial performance
Quintus large CIP systems combine flexible design, reliable operation, and high productivity. With strong engineering and global support, they enable scalable production with consistent quality.
