The QIF 600L is the latest High Pressure Processing (HPP) systems from Quintus, designed to preserve food and beverages by inactivating foodborne pathogens without using heat or chemical preservatives. This innovative approach ensures product safety while maintaining freshness, taste, and nutritional value.

With a 600-litre capacity, the QIF 600L is the largest press available. Its 47 cm/18.5 inches pressure vessel diameter improves load efficiency and allows for larger packaging. The system can scale from 3,110 kg/6,860 lbs to 4,150 kg/9,140 lbs per hour by simply adding intensifiers to meet increased production demands.
