Testimonios

“Quintus listened carefully to our requirements and helped us to refine them into a solution that will serve our manufacturing process now and well into the future. Most importantly it was delivered and installed on time and without issues, allowing us to begin production on schedule.”
Wolfgang Köck
Managing Director, Plansee Metall GmbH, Austria
“We’ve gained so much from the Quintus Care program. The expertise of your team has been instrumental in our learning. Their responsiveness and professionalism have made the entire experience positive and productive from the beginning.”
Sr. Additive Quality Engineer, Paragon Medical - Additive Manufacturing, USA
“Quintus is the global leader in HIP technology. We visited their factory a few years ago and were impressed with the company’s professional team, customer center, and production lines. Accurate, well controlled, and user friendly—the Quintus press meets all the above requirements.”
T.A.G. Medical Products
“The rapid cooling capabilities of the QIH 122 have enabled us to partner with customers to do cutting-edge research into material properties of additively manufactured and cast products.

Historically, one of the biggest hurdles to getting into HIP was safety. The track record that Quintus has with wire-wound presses was very impressive and helped enable that decision.”
Paolo, USA
“We see HIP technology as a complementary process in our additive manufacturing department. It allows us to eliminate the risk of porosity in 3D-printed metal parts and achieve outstanding mechanical properties, especially under fatigue loads.

We conducted extensive market research and found that Quintus is quite advanced compared to competitors when it comes to Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology. Being able to combine processes like HIP and quenching in one cycle is something we have not seen at other competitors.

The Quintus team is very experienced and highly skilled, which makes it a very good match with Sauber Engineering.”
Sauber Engineering, Switzerland
“Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) complements our portfolio of high-end processes and allows our customers to pursue more value-added parts. Having HIP locally increases the region’s competitiveness and strengthens the regional manufacturing chain.

You need consistent, reliable results and efficient processing. The Quintus press delivers in those areas.”
Umberto Ramos
CEO / HT-MX, Mexico
“The new CIP from Quintus has significantly boosted our productivity. We’re now able to concentrate on developing our new products without the constant concern of high scrap rates or machine overloads. It’s made a real difference in how efficiently we operate.”
Morgan Advanced Materials, USA
“Acquiring the Quintus HIP allows Fraunhofer IFAM researchers to strengthen their technological expertise in the field of pressure-supported heat treatment of the Branch Lab. The new system is not only used for R&D projects but is also available as a service for carrying out predefined HIP cycles.”
Dr. Thomas Weißgärber
Director of the Branch Lab, Fraunhofer Institute, Germany
“Our vision is to become the innovation leader within HIP. We need a technical partner that shares our mission to be at the forefront, and Quintus is a perfect match.

They have the same approach to introducing disruptive innovations in the field of HIP and HT, in the critical phases of post-processing AM parts.”
Andrea Scanavini
CEO and Founder, Pres-X, Italy
“When we decided to enter the HIP market, we knew we needed a partner. Quintus worked with us on a business plan and offered a full turnkey solution to bring this capacity to market. Having Quintus as a partner carried a lot of weight with our clients. The reputation as a global leader in high-pressure solutions gave our customers confidence.

Combining the HIP and heat treat cycle shortens overall time at temperature and improves lead time. Anything we can do to get product in and out faster is well received.”
Stack Metallurgical Group
“With a track record in providing our previous unit, it made sense to once again work with Quintus in this next phase of our HIP journey.

Their knowledge and experience, plus their worldwide Quintus® Care support program, gives Wallwork and our customers the confidence to develop and grow long-term relationships and quality service. We see exponential growth for the units over the short term.”
Simeon Collins
Director, Wallwork, UK
“Choosing Quintus for the press upgrade was a straightforward decision, given their role in building the system and extensive expertise. Moreover, our previous experience sourcing spare parts from Quintus made it a natural choice to turn to them whenever issues arise.”
Strategic Purchasing Manager, Saab Dynamics, Sweden
“For aerospace and space applications, fatigue strength is critical. The HIP method is a way of removing internal porosity to ensure there are no defects in the part.

Bringing this technology in-house has decreased our lead time and given us better control over the quality of our parts.

The capabilities of the Quintus system allow us to make the process efficient with fast cooling rates and to conduct internal research and development.

As a materials engineer, having this new tool allows me to develop high-efficiency processes and achieve interesting material properties that we can pass on to our customers.

We did a deep dive before purchasing. We saw that Quintus technology was safe and at the level we needed. It has been a very great partnership for us.”

Preguntas frecuentes
