固态电池(SSB)的商业化过程中面临着一些挑战,包括组件中残留的孔隙率、颗粒接触不充分以及充放电过程中电池体积的变化。然而,温等静压机(WIP)已成为解决这些问题的关键方法。

降低内部电阻

温等静压机可通过降低孔隙率和改善颗粒接触来降低内阻,特别是对硫化物固态电池,它可降低离子晶界阻抗和整体孔隙率。

延长循环寿命

通过提高材料密度和结构完整性,温等静压机延长了固态电池的循环寿命,确保了更好的长期性能和稳定性。

这取决于原位(或无阳极)锂金属阳极概念的单片电池设计。Quintus 提出全部软包单片电池的致密化工艺方案。等静压机安装在堆叠和封装后的工位。
