Sustainability in Our Supply Chain

Quintus Technologies’ suppliers are essential to delivering high-quality products and services while upholding our commitments to people, society, and the environment. As outlined in our Sustainability Policy, we are committed to embedding ESG criteria into procurement and supplier management. We evaluate all potential suppliers, quality, delivery capabilities, financial stability, innovation capacity, and aftermarket support.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for ethical and sustainable practices, rooted in international frameworks, standards and legislation. We require suppliers to act in accordance with these expectations as well as extend them to their supply chain partners.

Environmental responsibility is integral to our partnerships. At Quintus Technologies, we continuously strive to reduce the environmental impacts of our activities, products, and services throughout their life cycle. We expect our suppliers to share this commitment by complying with all applicable local, national, and international environmental laws and maintaining the necessary permits, approvals, and registrations. Suppliers are required to integrate environmental considerations into their operations, establish robust environmental management systems to identify and mitigate risks, and drive continual improvements. We encourage a precautionary approach and the adoption of technologies and processes that reduce environmental impact, both within their own operations and across their supply chains. Our suppliers are also expected to proactively undertake initiatives to protect the environment from harm and degradation.

We are committed to upholding human rights, fair labor practices, and safe working conditions throughout our supply chain. We expect our suppliers to adhere to internationally recognized standards, including the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and to ensure equal and fair treatment for all workers without discrimination based on personal characteristics or beliefs.

In sourcing materials, we are committed to ensuring minerals are obtained responsibly and do not contribute to conflict or human rights abuses. Suppliers must prohibit child labor, forced labor, and modern slavery, protect the rights of pregnant and nursing workers, and respect workers’ freedom of association and collective bargaining. They are required to conduct human rights due diligence, maintain traceability in their supply chains, and implement plans to mitigate risks related to forced and child labor. Suppliers must also respect the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities and avoid practices that infringe on their cultures, heritage, or land rights.

Furthermore, we expect our partners to provide safe and healthy workplaces by proactively managing health and safety risks, preventing accidents, and ensuring that workers are properly trained and equipped. This includes maintaining emergency plans, conducting regular drills, and tracking health and safety performance to drive continuous improvement. Fair compensation, reasonable working hours, and respect for workers’ rights to rest and time off are essential. Through these shared commitments, we aim to protect human dignity and wellbeing across our supply chain.

Integrity underpins all our business relationships. We do not tolerate any form of bribery, corruption, fraud, or other unlawful practices, and we require our suppliers to operate with transparency and honesty, avoiding conflicts of interest and upholding fair competition in all markets. Suppliers must ensure that no improper payments, gifts, or favors are offered to influence business decisions involving Quintus Technologies, public officials, or any other parties. They are also expected to respect intellectual property rights, protect confidential information, and comply with international trade and export control regulations.

We also place strong emphasis on data privacy and cybersecurity. We require our suppliers to handle personal data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws. Suppliers must implement robust physical, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard information and systems, including measures like antivirus protection, access controls, multifactor authentication, and disaster recovery planning. Any actual or suspected breaches that could affect Quintus Technologies’ data, systems, or business operations must be reported without delay.

Through shared standards and a commitment to collaboration and transparency, we strive to ensure that our supply chain operates ethically, complies fully with legal and regulatory requirements, and continually improves to meet evolving expectations.
