With introduction of new advanced products, upgrades as well as a comprehensive aftermarket programs Quintus Technologies Aftermarket has grown significantly over the last years. As CSS (Customer Service and Support) Operations Manager, you will manage Quintus Global Aftermarket operations.

The primary objective of this role will be to lead the operational part of Quintus Aftermarket and implement improvements throughout the business to drive profitability and growth globally. You will directly manage a team of nine co-workers, and the team consists of four Key Account Management (KAM), one Technical Support, and four co-workers responsible for Spare part Execution. The KAM functions handle all Aftermarket contracts with a customer base spanning from Formula 1 and Medical Implants to the latest Battery technologies and High-Pressure Processing of Food. Many of Quintus Aftermarket Programs include full coverage of spare parts as well as 24/7 tech support leading to high demands on parts supply and accurate and fast support.

You will report to the Director CSS and be part of the CSS Management team including CSS Marketing & Sales, CSS Business Development and Product Management as well as Field Service Engineering. Travelling will be required in this role and your home location will be the headquarter in Västerås.

What we believe you’ll bring:

  • A relevant degree within Engineering, Construction or similar
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience from managing teams within Engineering, Aftermarket, Product management and/or R&D
  • Preferred experience of leading projects in a global environment where you have been responsible for driving and developing aftermarket operations, including navigating complex customer contracts and negotiations
  • Strong proven experience in managing and building long-term relationships with customers at various levels, including experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Background as a product manager is a plus, with the ability to enhance product portfolios to meet customer needs and market trends
  • A genuine interest in technology and relationship management
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken alike. Additional language skills are meritorious (Swedish, German, other European languages)
