热等静压(HIP)的特点

安全性
每台QUINTUS®热等静压机都采用圆柱形高压容器和轭式框架结构,这些结构都采用高强度预应力冷轧弹簧钢丝缠绕设计。预应力可使压力容器缸壁即使在最大工作压力时也保留残留压应力,以消除拉伸载荷,防止裂纹扩展和脆性破坏。

我们的钢丝缠绕设计被广泛认为是有史以来最安全、最可靠和最耐用的压力容器设计。容器能满足“在爆炸前泄露”的ASME标准,拥有超过20000个周期的疲劳寿命。由于QUINTUS®设计所使用的弹簧钢丝具有2倍于锻造件的抗拉强度,令到系统更轻和更紧凑。对比非钢丝缠绕的系统,我们的系统减重可达50%。

生产率
Qunitus Technologies的均匀快速冷却(URC®)和均匀快速淬火(URQ®)炉,通过独特的HIP周期(包括热处理),能够减少生产周期时间,提高生产效率。它们可以在不到30分钟的时间内,让一台全工作负载的中型HIP的温度轻易地从1260摄氏度冷却至300摄氏度。

在一个相等的HIP系统中,如果采用自然冷却,可能需要8到12小时,远远超过典型生产周期时间的一半。我们的URC设计能够均匀冷却工作负载的所有区域,减少热变形和不均匀的晶粒生长。

小型HIP系统

适合实验室用的HIP系统
这些紧凑型HIP系统是为实验室和进行研究而设计的。压力容器、框架和所有其他的子系统都被放置在一个独立的、节省空间的控制柜内。工作区的直径范围为82至186 mm,高度为160至500 mm。

小规模生产用的HIP系统
我们的小型HIP系统是大型生产用压机的较小版本。压力容器、框架和所有其他的子系统都被放置在节省空间的框架上,标准容器的直径范围为228至375 mm,高度为700至1,200 mm。这些压机可为MIM,AM和铸造行业经济化地生产较小型的零部件。这些系统的生产效率很高,每天可以进行多达6个生产周期,具体取决于应用。

Quintus中型HIP系统的标准容器直径范围为450至1,050 mm,高度为1,100至2,600 mm。这些压机是完整的生产系统,适合包括从AM和MIM到大规模来料加工等行业的生产需求。
