等静压是一种经过验证的粉末固结和固体材料致密化的技术。金属、陶瓷、复合材料和塑料都可以通过等静压技术来致密化并消除孔隙和空隙。

利用等静压力减小电阻

等静压的典型压力从 800 至 6,000 bar(11,603 至 87,022 psi),温度高达 2,000°C (3,632°F),已被证实能够增加单片固态电池成分之间的接触,使电阻率降低,功率密度增加。等静压也用于对驱动未来电池技术发展必不可少的个别部件的生产。

常见应用领域包括陶瓷、碳基材料和电解液压实。

批量特征是一个重要话题。我们的模拟表明,装载、卸载和致密化自动化都不会是整个过程中实施等静压面临的挑战。此外,堆叠/缠绕速度限制了致密化前的过程速度。

我们不限方法,但是软包单片电池封装形式更合适。采用锂金属阳极或原位锂金属阳极的概念在生产测试水平上对我们很有吸引力。我们每天在我们的瑞典和美国应用中心对采用硫化物、氧化物和复合材料的固态电解质系统进行测试。

先期投资看起来很高,但是与电池制造行业如今在用的其他机器相比,还是相当低的。用我们建立的成本模型进行计算,等静压的每 KWh 费用较低。计算模型适合不同参数,影响较大的参数有软包尺寸和容器大小,这些可以根据客户偏好进行调整。

电池温等静压机连续生产时能够达到 600 MPa 的压力、150 摄氏度的温度(压力介质可以是水或油)。
