About Quintus
Quintus, a spin off from ASEA (ABB), became acquired in 2017 by the large Japanese Corporation Kobelco. The owners have a long-term view of Quintus, operating today as a stand-alone subsidiary and company in all aspects. During the past 10 years Quintus has had a strong growth moving into new business and application areas. The strategy for 2025 is focused on development of the use of high-pressure equipment in the post processing chain for additive manufacturing, aerospace and energy related applications (ex. battery production) with a positive outlook for the future.
About the role
You will be a central part of the Finance organisation, responsible for the Accounting and Financial Reporting function. You will support the development of the company and finance organisation through securing high quality in financial reporting and operational day-to-day work, as well as improving efficiency and quality in processes and methods.
The responsibility includes yearly and monthly end reporting, group accounting, ensure compliance according to good accounting practice, and drive the financial reporting process in parallel with the company’s ambition toward sustainability. You will be an integral part of the business operations supporting and interacting with functions and subsidiaries in a global organisation. You will report to CFO in Västerås and lead a team of accountants.

You have a university degree in economics, in combination with solid experience from Accounting and Financial Reporting for an international B2B-company. You have experience of working with group accounting and have preferably been in a leadership position or could see it as your next step. You are fluent in Swedish and English, and a good user of Excel.
The role is based in Västerås, Sweden.
