Le raccourcissement du temps de traitement par l&rsquo;augmentation de la vitesse de balayage ou de la distance de hachurage entra\u00eene une plus grande porosit\u00e9. La post-densification par pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud (HIP) peut r\u00e9duire la porosit\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue en homog\u00e9n\u00e9isant la microstructure. Cependant, le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud ne peut pas \u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement la porosit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;argon introduite au cours du processus d&rsquo;AM en raison de son insolubilit\u00e9 dans les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques.   <\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude examine l&rsquo;influence de la porosit\u00e9 initiale sur la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue des \u00e9chantillons IN718 apr\u00e8s HIP et diff\u00e9rents traitements thermiques, en se concentrant sur l&rsquo;impact de la porosit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;argon. Des essais de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9sentant diff\u00e9rentes porosit\u00e9s initiales introduites en augmentant la distance d&rsquo;\u00e9closion. Malgr\u00e9 une porosit\u00e9 initiale et une teneur en argon r\u00e9siduel \u00e9lev\u00e9es, l&rsquo;HIP a permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re significative la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue.
