Les principaux mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s sont l&rsquo;acier inoxydable, le titane, l&rsquo;aluminium, le cuivre et les alliages de nickel. Cependant, il reste des d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques optimales. Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud (HIP) est une \u00e9tape essentielle du post-traitement qui permet de r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes en \u00e9liminant la porosit\u00e9 de retrait et les d\u00e9fauts internes, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue et la solidit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n<p>Les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9cents de la technologie HIP int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais la trempe au gaz argon dans le cycle HIP, ce qui permet un traitement thermique de mise en solution (SHT) in situ et un vieillissement pendant le traitement. Cette approche combin\u00e9e augmente la productivit\u00e9, r\u00e9duit la distorsion, am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et permet d&rsquo;obtenir une finition de surface sup\u00e9rieure.
