Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;optimisation initiale des param\u00e8tres du processus, la faible fraction volumique de d\u00e9fauts n&rsquo;a pas satisfait aux normes de fabrication, principalement en raison de la fraction volumique \u03b3&rsquo; \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui affecte la soudabilit\u00e9. Cependant, une condition sans fissure a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cycle de pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud \u03b3&rsquo;-sub-solvus (HIP), r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9fauts \u00e0 0,04% et stabilisant la microstructure. Une optimisation suppl\u00e9mentaire de la microstructure est n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s le cycle de pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud. L&rsquo;article pr\u00e9sente une nouvelle recette de traitement thermique visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance au fluage et \u00e0 la fatigue \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature en favorisant la pr\u00e9cipitation primaire cubo\u00efdale ordonn\u00e9e \u03b3&rsquo;.
