Una ruta simplificada combin\u00f3 el alivio de tensiones, el HIP y el tratamiento en soluci\u00f3n en un \u00fanico paso de preenvejecimiento, seguido de un tratamiento de envejecimiento de un solo paso, reduciendo el tiempo total de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de 42 h a 15 h. El novedoso proceso HIP1020RQSA utiliz\u00f3 alta presi\u00f3n (200 MPa), una inmersi\u00f3n corta a 1020 \u00b0C (0,5 h) y un enfriamiento r\u00e1pido (2150 \u00b0C\/min). Este m\u00e9todo produjo una recristalizaci\u00f3n localizada, el cierre de los poros, la disoluci\u00f3n parcial de la fase Laves y la ausencia de la fase \u03b4.
