Rápido, preciso y rentable

HIP se usa para conformar y densificar formas de polvo en contenedores y piezas de metal, cerámica y plástico sin contenedores. Con presiones típicas de 1035 to 2070 barias (de 15 000 to 30 000 psi) y temperaturas de hasta 2000 °C (4000 °F), HIP puede alcanzar 100 % de la densidad teórica máxima y mejorar la ductilidad y la resistencia a la fatiga de los materiales de alto rendimiento críticos. Los componentes suelen tener una configuración de acabado final o casi final.

Un proceso probado para piezas de alto rendimiento

Las aplicaciones comunes para el HIP incluyen reparación de defectos de fundición, consolidación de piezas de polvo metálico y cerámico o unión por difusión.
