热等静压(HIP)是可用于热处理,粉末固化和消除铸件內部孔隙的成熟技术。HIP可应用于金属、陶瓷、复合材料和塑料等领域。

通过400至2,070 bar (5,800至30,000 psi) 的典型压力和高达2000摄氏度的温度,HIP可以100%地实现最大的理论密度,并提高关键的、高性能材料的延展性和耐疲劳性。零部件一般是净成形或者近净成形的结构。
