快速、精确和高成本效益

HIP可用于粉末、金属、陶瓷和塑料零部件的成型和致密化。在1,035至2,070 bar(15,000至30,000 psi)的典型压力和高达2000摄氏度的温度下,HIP可以达到100%最大理论密度,并提高关键的、高性能材料的延展性和耐疲劳性。零部件一般是净成形或者近净成形的结构。
